What Tavrn's public materials describe
Tavrn's medical-retrieval page describes submitting provider requests, tracking their status and handling follow-ups. The same page describes medical chronologies covering diagnoses, treatment timelines, procedures and providers, followed by demand-letter drafting from records and case facts. These are vendor descriptions, not our performance findings.
Keep acquisition and interpretation separate
Ask who obtains the records, which source documents arrive, and how an authorization problem or incomplete response is reported. Separately, ask how the chronology handles a faint scan, conflicting dates or a corrected bill. A retrieval status does not establish that an extracted interpretation is correct.
What this review does not establish
We have not run a head-to-head Tavrn accuracy test, independently verified customer testimonials, or audited its security controls. We do not turn an undocumented feature into an asserted absence. Ask Tavrn directly for a current demonstration, contract and supporting evidence.
